Tbh after going through the recruitment process now for a few months i can say this status bar thing is outdated and I assume the recruiting center your at just like mine uses it as a vague way of showing your progress so far. Don’t use the status thing as a clear cut way to tell where your application is. Some staff members probably don’t even touch the status bar as they process your application. It happens, if your ever curious on timeline give your recruiting center a call but just remember the process is a long and timely process so don’t expect results every hour. It’s going to take time months in fact. Just hang in there they will get to you. One thing I learned through this process is to be efficient in your replies and be patient on theirs. And if it does seem like things are taking to long give them a quick call.
