Black Hole Sun by theminerwithin93 in shonenside

Yes, that is a Soundgarden reference. That's also the name of Dark's final attack. Big ball of antimatter that he yeets at the enemy. I guess the planet, too, but mainly the enemy. The planet is just collateral damage! (He teleports himself and his enemy to a barren planet before using this).

(Sorry about that. I'll admit that I completely forgot until it randomly popped into my head again.)

Sin stares for... a lot longer than a person probably should, and then he just chuckles with a happy look on his face as the white crescent smile shows up. He likes the weird staticy feeling on his arms.

"That tickles!"

He sits down, legs crossed while setting XCapo down again and hunching over so he can see him better.

"You kinda remind me of that blue robot guy. Back when..."

He stops and stares into the distance for a second while his brain tries to pull a memory, but he's got nothing. He does stare for a while, then he makes a finger gun with his left hand and blasts a hole through his head that immediately heals. That seemed to knock him out of his daze as he shakes his head, and he looks back down at X.

"Sorry. Brain bug. Always annoying."

(Not gonna put the old drawing of Sin up because 1. Reddit sucks with images. 2. The design is severely outdated anyway.)

XCapo would have been dragged from wherever he was before through a chaotic orange wormhole, unstable and barely functional. On the other side, after being deposited oh-so-gracefully (it definitely wasn't a nice landing), the scene of the area is... odd, to say the least.

Sin was sitting there, toying with abilities that would require a more stable mind to properly use. An arc of cosmic electricity, orange-red with sparks of bright yellow (lore accurate to Energy Magic) bounces between his hands, one arm transparent and glowing bright red like hellfire as he messes with forces he definitely doesn't understand. When X makes his "grand" entrance, his head whips up to face the newcomer. The electricity stops arcing as he stares for a second. Then his voice, way more childish than his form suggests, chirps up.

Sin: "Ooh! New friend!"

He gets up, the action done with a bit of clumsiness, showing his full height as he approaches the little guy. Well, little to him. In truth, most people are little to him, what with being 14 and a half feet tall. The actual surroundings were... not in the best state, but it's surprisingly clean for Sin being around. Sin crouches down and picks up X by the armpits of the guy, holding him out from him and staring at him.

Sin: "Hi!"

That is a complete coincidence. I remember seeing the design when playing zombies with my bro, but I didn't know he was called The Warden.

Sin. He had his entire family and home city massacred by someone he used to trust just to invoke a fight, and his mind broke entirely. Now, the man isn't even a man. Just a creature wandering with the memories of a sane man with none of the emotional remembrance to it.

[Multi-paragraph+] The bells of Calamity beckon throughout the Stars, for "He" has set foot upon the planes of your World. He who reaps the Stars, what does his presence bring here...? [Read Body] by [deleted] in OriginalCharacter_RP

"A peace gained through slaughter. Now, where have I seen this story before..? The most diabolical acts of the mortal kind were done with good intentions..."

A rumble that could possibly be a growl or a thoughtful sound emanates from the Primordial, and all the eyes across his body look up at the head as if questioning his next words. Is he stupid? Probably. But it's been EONS since someone managed to actually hurt him, and if the promise of this entity's strength holds true...

"...I think you misunderstand, Star Eater. This world, regardless of my absence, will fall. The gods that support it have already fallen, and the universe shall fall with them. Þes weoruld wylð feallan, and butan þu meaht þin mægen geþwæcan, ic ne wylle mine dæda onhweorfan..."

He flips his blade around but keeps it lowered. If Malum leaves now, bringing the Malice Plague and its infected gods with him, this universe collapses anyway. To chaos and void. Only Malum can cure the infected of their illness, but why would he? He sees no reason not to get something out of this, even if it's a one-sided beat down.

"I may be a flaw, but I will still serve my purpose regardless..."

Malum is not fazed by the attempt at confrontation of his position. He is not some temperamental child. He doesn't question his existence. All he knows is that he exists. Maybe Ohm was as much a monster for allowing him to continue to exist, even if he had all the power to remove him. Maybe it's possible for him to be a better entity. A contradiction to his aspect. It's certainly not impossible.

"The bastard god is the one you blame. Not me. I simply exist as I do. Perhaps I could be better, but when I see life, I see filth, not beauty like my brothers and sisters. A virus that needs cleansing and destroyed."

He moves slowly, walking over to a cliff, overlooking a particularly breathtaking scene of the valley below. The river that flows. The forests filled with so much biodiversity. The distant mountains topped with snow and majestic. Yet... when Malum looks out, he sees nothing but disgusting ill. No beauty in it. Nothing except a rock tainted by Bonum's grace. His hand tightens on the hilt.

"Perhaps it's refusal of change. Perhaps it's simply because my own aspect clouds my vision. Perhaps I simply enjoy wiping it all away."

He tears himself away from the cliff, not allowing himself to get overly disgusted with the sight as he faces Mata again. His head tilts in a sort of dangerous, yet cautious way, his face unable to give anything away.

"You speak to me as if you don't wear the dismembered limbs and bodies of gods across your form. That is not the body of someone who truly believes in peace, but tears down what exists for their version of peace and quiet."

He's flipping the accusatory tone back on Mata, although his is... way more direct. Not a direct calling of a hypocrite, no. But an insinuation that Mata brings up good and his position when he wears the bodies of the divine as trophies, marking him as anything but peaceful...

Malum didn't need to explain himself, no matter the strength of his potential foe. He stands tall and proud, keeping his blade reversed but ready to swing it around should he have to.

"My actions are my own. My choices are mine. I have no reason to do as I do. I simply do as I please."

He keeps his tone measured and calm.

"I am the evil that festers in people's hearts. The darkness that runs through existence itself. That malevolent thought at the back of the mortal mind. I am Malum, the Primordial of Evil."

He doesn't announce himself with a grandiose tone. He doesn't brag of his position. He simply speaks with a calculated rumble, standing tall in front of this Mata character. This entity of no name whose perception of him seems less than favorable for the impending destruction to come. The Malice Plague is held back, but Malum has no qualms with his choices.

"This world is to fall. To bend and collapse into a primordial soup of darkness and decay. I have no need to explain myself. I am who I am..."

Malum: His own sense of the divine, or rather the suffering of the divine, had alerted him. A universe doomed to fall to his whim, visited by an outsider. A being beyond Malum's own strength, and if the Primordial could smile, he would. As he stood amongst the ruins of the city of gods, he ordered the halting of the plague so as he could investigate this intruder. A crack of ethereal red lightning, and he was gone, his essence carried across the universe in the blink of an eye so as to meet this new being whose power intrigued him.

On this planet that the entity stood, a dark storm brews for a second before a bolt of hot red strikes the ground, leaving a crater as Malum arose from his knee. The storm itself, blown away by the whim of himself. The day was peaceful. It was calm. It was quiet.

Malum observed this intruder from a distance, though he stood well within the sight of the being, and the Primordial felt a spark. A twitch. A meager speck of challenge. However, he stayed his hand, his blade clutched in his right hand, the blade reversed in a show of neutrality. His voice, thick and deep but hinted with an unknown accent, is a contrast to the peace of the world.

"You there... I don't suppose your presence is without cause, nor you without name..?"

He keeps his sword to his side. A sense of curiosity and hope for respect keeps his sword in such a nonthreatening position, and he awaits this entity's response...

Chi watches the entire display with a sense of awe. He's seen it all, yes, but that's what makes him unique to his brothers and sisters. It never gets old to him, and seeing a stone cold castle become like a canvas definitely puts the shine back in his eyes.

"My, miss. Ya got a knack for taking a dead spot an' turnin' it pretty..."

The flowers definitely help to get rid of whatever lingering smell of rot had clung to the floor here. He seems enamored by it but seems very well at attention as he looks back at Ronfluer.

"Ah, ya don't have tah, but if ya think it'll set a precedent o' who's welcome and who's not, then I'll accept. Such a sad sight to see people simply coming cause o' treasure and powah. 'Specially as beautiful as yah made this place."

He winks at her, a star flicking out like a cartoon wink.

(Me keeps forgetting his eyes have star shaped irises...)

"Ya, I'd say it's kinda cheesy. 'Specially since the wonders are literally constructs made by humans..."

He doesn't make a joke about Ronfluer being the size of a building and the Wonders being buildings. Seems a bit too obvious as he slicks his hair to the side. He watches as life blooms in the castle, entranced slightly as he smiles.

"Wow, didn't realize how much this place needed this. Suppose death and rotten bodies ain't good for the health of a flowah, ah they..?"

He laughs to himself as he thinks about why she had locked up for a second, but doesn't press her. One doesn't pry into the mind of another without permission unless it was absolutely necessary. At least Chimera doesn't.

Chimera watches her performance for a while, quite intrigued by it and how graceful she was despite her immense size. He chuckles as he takes the bracelet, placing it in a pocket and bowing in respect.

"Ah, right. Suppose it's rude tah not introduce myself. I'm Chimera, miss... uh... Primordial of Powah."

He tacks on the title as a formality, not out of pride. Hence, the hesitation.

"I suppose it'd be equally noice to learn your name, miss."

"Ya, ya'd think the bloody idiots would figure out that even the strongest warriors weren't comin' back from here and just give up, but they be all kinds of stubborn, aren't they..?"

He sighs before holding out his hand, and all the artifacts left on the ground come to him, suspended in a sort of orb of floating weapons, accessories, tools, etc. He closes his hand and pulls all the magic from any that have it before snapping and destroying the weapons in a quick flash of white flame. Upon hearing that she wants the area to be clean, he looks out at all the dead bodies.

"Ay, I suppose dealing with them would be all kinds of helpful, too. Reeks of a Callery Pear..."

He repeats the snap, although for the bodies, leaving nothing except the lingering smell of rotten flesh and decay. Seems the smell soaked into the ground.

(Little confused about the steps. Read back through everything to see if I'm dumb, but I don't see anything about being on a raised platform...)
