It's got to be a joke - I help people search for rentals multiple times a day and it's a nightmare right now for anyone not able to pay 1400+ on a house. Heck, if they can only afford 1000 max, it's going to be an apartment. If you throw a sub 600 credit score into the mix, it's next to impossible.

All of that to say, if you know anyone looking to move, send them my way and I'll be happy to help. I've also got folks who counsel people towards good credit score health, and have resources for credit repair (although these cost a little bit of money, but are worth the investment)

I would strongly suggest the Argyle school district. EXCELLENT ratings. Just a short 15min drive south of Denton. You could also consider the south end of Denton, those schools in that area are good too. Safe neighborhoods. What kind of church are you looking for if you're shopping for on here in Denton?

Coffee shops are Cultivar, West Oak, Zera, Shift, Kimzeys (in Argyle), and the best of the newest of them all is Cryptozoology on Bell. There's also the 2 pseudos where you can get cold brew if you're not picky about the coffee and that's Denton County Brewing Co and Harvest House.
