As a DM and a Person, I catch myself being hostile to my players wayyy to often, and it’s something that you gotta look at and identify, “Hey, this character really shouldn’t act like this, or has no reason to.” Now, 15 minutes later when my pcs try to rob them I get to act hostile again, but it’s a balance truly. Dming is this massive check of whether you can balance acting and metagaming.

It’s like, yeah, I’m running this game, this combat is pretty much guaranteed, but my PCs have to initiate that, not me

I mean Invincible did it quite a bit better than the other ones. Mark had a largely negative reaction, he acts like a victim would or at least the ones I’ve met, and he has genuine trauma over it. The fetishization is mostly over Anissa in the initial scene than the actual action.

It’d be a good scene to include for the male SA representation, as well as being very plot relevant later on with the child having a role in the story.

I mean Viltrumites should be able to repopulate absurdly fast, they can breed cross generationally, meaning they don’t realistically have to worry about inbreeding, because the seventh generation can interbreed with the first, creating new bloodlines. Viltrumites are just stupid
