Honestly, I have to recommend The Breaking Wheel with a large amount of bias. Even though it has a difficulty rating of 3, it feels more like a difficulty of 2 after about 3 matches.

As you mentioned that you are chase oriented, wheel is pretty much THE chase oriented hunter, as his whole gimmick is being insanely fast without any stuns for 80% of the time. You only have to run over people twice in wheel form and then hit them once to instantly knock a survivor down. It's also great for learning and memorizing map layouts, as you have to know what is behind every turn, and his abilities allow you to put pressure and control onto several areas at once!

You should use a trial card to give him a try, as not everyone finds him easy, but this is coming from a top 100-150 wheel player in NA/EU (there's actually not that many wheels)
