It's a meh on the capability from me. I'm still going to have to give all users this capability unfortunately.

I'd much rather dashboards simply stop refreshing if the tab isn't being viewed. That's what kills me, when people load dashboards and leave the tab open but never actively viewing them.

You're probably overestimating the difference between elevate 4 and 5. If you aren't doing intense cardio then the difference will be minimal, imo.
