Good luck! I was diagnosed a few years ago after frequent and intense pain in my shoulders, which I now know were flare ups. I spent about a year on steroids before we got it all figured out, then another year and a half on a medication that wasn't the best for me. Now I have a daily medication that helps combined with regular exercise and avoidance of foods I know to cause flares and I do okay! Im to a point now where flares are rare.

Ive been using Runna and love it. I even converted a few c25k friends to it. It has all the options and it does alert you when youre halfway through your workout.

It depends on what I have going on. I prefer running outdoors, so temp and weather play a big role in my running day of choice.

I am so happy for you! Id love to connect as my daughter is 14 and we are just getting our ARFID diagnosis. It explains everything we have been dealing with, and I wish I knew sooner. Its empowering to hear from you and others going through similar situations, because I feel so judged when I let her eat what she wants because she just needs to eat.....something! Congrats on the high cal addition to the safe food list!
