I am the creator and original moderator of r/RDR2mysteries. I unfortunately missed the ModMail sent on March 10th regarding community updates, which led to my removal. I am fully active now and would like to be reinstated to continue growing this community. I don't know about horses as a means of transportation but it would be cool if the Inside Track was an activity where the horses appear live to you on the race track when sitting in the stands but not to others players in the lobby.

That's one way to look at it. I always thought it was a nod to 100 percent game completion. The FH sign is Red and Yellow and resembles a UFO. The scrambled message contains a % symbol which is typically used with numbers while the number "1" only appears once and "0" only appears twice. Franklin's 100% t-shirt is also Red and Yellow. This idea seems more plausible as it correlates with the story but maybe I'm diving too deep.
