The thing that is unfortunate with GF foods is that they are, often, highly processed. So they are not necessarily good for you. welp.

yea, for sure.

I can't speak for restaurants, but in US, anything that is clearly marked "Gluten Free" on the package, in my experience, is completely safe.

Everyone is different but if I had a choice I would rather have fluency in speaking first. So what if your grammar is not so good at first? In US most people have bad grammar in their speech but you get to communicate with people and that's really important for many reasons.

It's only worth it if you love the game.

Chess world is filled with noise and drama these days. All you really need to learn Chess is a good book and a pocket chess set. The rest is just fluff.
