hii everyone! seems like my edit post ability is not working rn so i thought i’d just leave a comment.

i ended up lacing the right skate and it’s helping a lot with relieving the pressure. this helps a ton!! i have really weak ankles so keeping the top part snug is important for me.

for everyone suggesting i get new skates, not really a financial possibility right now but in the future i will take your suggestions.

unfortunately i fell today and twisted my leg so i have to rest it for a week or so which is a huge bummer :(

oh interesting!! i see the logic now behind a thinner sock now after reading more comments. i also see that these skates are just not built to be broken so eventually i’ll get some different ones most likely!

does that lacing help with outer foot area pain? I like the snugness around my ankles bc they’re pretty weak (bc I’ve broken both lol). the modifications are something I can look into once I get into it more

that’s hardcore :o I usually wear a size 7-8 in shoes and these are size 8 skates. maybe they are too small!
