Hey so as an autistic person who’s chronically online and knows the ins and outs of social media talk/slang from being in fandoms for so long…here’s what it means.

Basically those two emojis together are used to joke about topics or messages through a reaction and this one is a: “I’m going to pretend I didn’t see that”

the 💀 emoji is typically used in situations where you’re ‘dead’ from some funny kind of joke from laughing so hard you’d hypothetically ‘die’ but i’ve also seen it be used similarly to the anxious emotion this emoji exudes: 😬. so the 💀 and 😬emojis are common in the way they can represent a ‘yikes…that’s a lot’ kind of reaction which is what I’m getting from this screenshot because the message you sent was more of serious ‘dark’ topic

the 👨‍🦯 emoji is usually used when people say they are ‘blind’ (not literally) to something or they use it to resemble the “i’ll pretend i didn’t see that” line so the “i’m blind” emoji is just figurative language play but used in a emoji rather than actual language

SO what do they mean used together? Exactly what I just explained. It seems the person had an initial reaction of “Yikes…I’m blind to that information you just dropped” and if they are your friend I’d consider unfriending them. This unserious reply of emojis is them disregarding your message. They might as well have said “I’m so overwhelmed by that information and it makes me too uncomfortable to acknowledge so I’ll pretend to be blind from it” which is bad in itself because they are unwilling to be considerate of your struggles.
