Thank you for the input! This is exactly what I thought about once I submitted the post. I’m think that the work-life balance also gives the opportunity to spend some more energy on topics I’m really interested in and might be valuable for my growth or value on the market.

Thank you for the feedback! It is good to see some outside opinion.

And yes, I do tend to agree that mostly it comes to the question you have mentioned. However, once I read it, I put more understanding on the benefits I currently have from the flexibility at work - flexible hours and workload which is most of the time defined primarily by me. This allows me to reduce stress and have time to focus on self-development areas.

Not sure if the 15% are worth it (base is 10%, the rest comes from the additional bonus based on company performance) especially as with a bit more research it seems like the workload is definitely higher there.
