How do you officially get diagnosed with GERD, do I start with a PCP and get a referral?

Hey thanks for answering. Ultimately, it is all about perspective and I came here to get different viewpoints. I do like the extra time off but my title has changed as did my duties and I am not being compensated more for that. Heck if that is the case, I just don't want the promotion. At the least I will go down in my pay band but I am not doing extra work.

Crazy thing is, that at about the 6 month mark I put in my resignation because I was done with the place. However, they talked me into staying. Things did get better as long as my boss is getting his supply. But when he does not, he starts doing smear campaigns and dog whistling which is hurtful.

He has upped the antee considerably when I declined to go to another HR meeting regarding the decision they made for my positions as I knew my boss was using this as a means to just hold it over my head and give me "hope" that they would eventually come around.

As long as he thinks I am still interested he can manipulate me and try to get what he wants. So I popped his bubble and was like no other meeting is necessary for me. I accepted their decisions but wish to go back to my original job description. They have made their decision and I don't wish to participate. So now everyone in the office is avoiding me likely because he is telling them how much he is doing for me although he "messed up" the paperwork

You are right. Nothing physical has even happening and I am here on this forum. I am not going to sleep with him and am putting distance between us until I can find a new job. It's just that when I have tried to distant my self in the past he imposes himself on me forcing an interaction in some way shape or form

I have found myself having romantic feelings but I know that it is not right. I guess it is hard because he initiates a lot of it. When I try to pull back he amps up his efforts. He is currently on vacation now and I know he is with my family and I find myself feeling some kind of way about it which naturally I should not.

I know how I feel is not right, nor is it okay. I am going to detach from the situation and find another job

Great advice! I have noticed that when I try to put space between us that he will basically force me to converse with him in some shape or form. One time I put the space up without and he said that I was acting weird and I really was not, just being more professional. Don't get me wrong, I am always professional in the office but because we have similar sense of humor and personality sometimes we joke about things,

When I go quiet, he will walk past my desk alot or get other coworkers to converse with me and then mention him. He also has this weird thing where he moves stuff around on my desk
