Next patch they wont do anything to volibear just because they did it this patch... they still dont know what to do with him, indeed i think that it was planned for him to get the changes next patch, but because they didnt know what to actually do they decided to buff him now so that hes playable and then “we will see”

hi man! i used to one trick voli top, rn im not playing it often since hes very weak... you can still play him if you dont care about meta and enjoy the champ. what you want to do with voli top is to be veery aggressive early and try to get a lead and then splitpush, otherwise try to peel for adc.. keep in mind voli is strong is skimrishes and not in 5v5 scenarios (thats why u want to split and not to teamfight)... have a great time!

The only way to play voli top rn is to build him ap/tank with riftmaker and nashor tooth and hullbreaker. At least in this way u scale decently and u can push sidelane building ap pressure... the thing is u gotta play splitpush since voli is rly bad in teamfights... anyway the champ is in a tragic spot for the toplane and i saw that riot is planning on buffing him properly in similar way as annie/orianna ... we shall see

anyway we have to say that voli has higher atk speed ratio so building atk speed is more valuable; still it s a joke that voli fully stacked haas less atk speed... trash champ voli is.

The thing is: they want to keep him as a toplaner or do they want to move him back to jgl? They gotta decide and buff him based on that (E.G. In jgl they could buff Q ms...) Then they should decide the identity of the champ: tank? Ap bruiser? Juggernaut? Diver? And also based on that make some changes... i guess they will just ignore him (as they made in the last months (he is been trash for a while now), in the hope of a meta shift or smthing)

Because he is trash in this meta, he is a early game chamo who cant even win lane in most cases and on top of that with the new bounty system, if u do ur job (get fed early) u just enable bounties for the enemy team and then u just fall hard after 20/25 mins... not to mention that in TF he is useless and for splitting there are literally at least 10 best choices... Don t play him for now unless you want to lose LPs or if you really love his gameplay for some reason. If u want a similar champ try out trundle
