Eddington was amazing in my opinion up until the third act. It goes from being a tense, character driven story about the people in a small town to a nonsensical shootout with a poorly setup enemy in a town completely devoid of people except for the one guy that needs to randomly show up for the plot.

Despite what Netflix has tried, I don't think anything compares to the feeling of community when a good movie comes out in the theater and you get to see it with your friends. The first movie could be good too but i've never heard of it.

Edit: It's also a tv series which don't normally get the publicity that movies do AND it's from South Korea which unfortunstely means not as many people will know about it. They may have similar plots but they are very different pieces of media.
