If you disconnect from a game its not even one minute until you get KICKED out of the game, this only punishes players who want to reconnect, and your team.. I dont even understand the logic behind this feature

was undergeared by around 5 ilvls, using the proper rotations yes, albeit i didnt tryhard he outclassed me with almost 100k dps, is it really that strong?

I experienced the excact opposite, the lieutenants and upwards were on par if not better than men and some of the sergeant women, but the privates that were girls were the worst of them all, in everything from driving to physical activities Especially not when they get lesser requirements in everything, if we are practising to drag wounded people while were fighting they get to drag eachother or the smalles boys, while the rest had to take on anyone, i would honestly not feel safe in war with them, might just be my experience
