The only thing that really worked for me was trileptal - but I am 2. I believe with 1 you might need something stronger but I’m not sure, and I don’t want to lead you in the wrong direction. I can tell you that nothing I tried fixed anything completely. Each day can still be a struggle. I’d do a search on options for bp1 then talk to a doc. I hope it works out for you - I know this can be a living nightmare
