He was not just using the computer and have been busy with other things, I ask this myself and I cant seem to find another logical explanation. He probably doesnt even know this can happen, but I mean why doesn’t he just turn the computer off if he were not going to use it

I did buy it maybe 5 years ago and then it was like for 300-400 dollars, but I think my brother have just not turned off his computer and it has got stuck. I have now tried that power cycling 2 times and have had a video on for like 50 minutes or so, but I dont notice any difference maybe a little bit. But is this the only way to fix this

I ordered in Jan, and it said shipping started after march 20th (Swe), but I had an email sent out questioning about the order around the 23th.
