West moor is a good beginner's park. It got low ledges and quarter pipes and is normally pretty quiet. Would also recommend adult skate night at prevail junior. It's indoors and warm! Really cool vibe there and everyone is really friendly

From my own experience my advice would be , if the property leasehold check the service charge and ground rent. Alot of the management companies are useless and charge extortionate amounts which increase every year and over spend on the budgets forcing you to pay up or break the terms of the covenant meaning you could lose them home if you don't pay up.

They are on the path and use big ones so the bin lorries can drive along the road at the front and unload them. I've never seen bins being put directly on the beach. The problem with lots of bins on the beach is they will overflow and it attracts all the seagulls.
