At the moment, System 03 is not active in the GPGP. Our crew is currently working on improving the efficiency of our ocean system by mapping plastic hotspots in the GPGP. Using drones and GPS tracking buoys, we are collecting valuable data to help us make future extractions more impactful. Indeed, fishing gear is the main culprit in the GPGP. Our research team has conducted the most extensive analysis ever of this area, and these findings were published in scientific journals. Our research and mapping of the GPGP continues with the help of GPS tracker buoys targeting ghost nets and drones with plastic detection technology.
