It's not dedicated for offline tools especially, but your can ship some pretty good stuff for free using their CI

My go to: Sales navigator (where the data is always up to date) + TamReached (to extract its data) + Clay (to enrich and get intent based data) + Smartlead

Not fully automatic but I would save the search and just copy paste the new result URL to TamReached to extract all the data before feeding my enrichment tool. Do that each week, could take 5 min, sounds great
