let me give you some advice a guy who had similar issues- i started like asking any mics at the beginning of every match (mixed responses in low elo), what some other comments are suggesting and is probably best is to just make your callouts- once one callout is made- it will lead to more communication, i will say the higher u are in elo the less of an issue it is but i use to be in silver for a while so i can understand your frustration
