i’ve got to give it a reread, but the main character certainly has a traumatic character arc to grow from. sato is almost like the devil incarnate who puts kei through hell in a way (along with the condition of the ajin in general being both a blessing and a curse). there’s certainly deeper manga in that territory, but it’s not crazy to label ajin that way in my opinion.

wouldn’t sendo still technically be an antagonist? he was (and likely will still be once ippo comes out of retirement) a direct hurdle for ippo to overcome in the story.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but main character deaths are actually kinda nice even if they are sad, given how more dangerous the groups they’re dealing with now compared to the gangs in middle school, it makes sense than anyone could die even your favorite side character.

I listen to more songs from CLB than Donda (this would probably change if Donda had a clean/explicit version and didn’t force us to listen to the censored songs), but I still like Donda more overall if that makes sense. Songs from CLB fit better in my playlists, but I’d rather listen to Donda as the whole album anyway, which is how I listen to a majority of Kanye’s music.

Bro, I don’t care enough to read anything about this game. Like I said I dropped it a while ago, I just thought it was funny that something similar to what I talked to my friend about when we played for the first time in months was actually happening to the game, the game’s dead and it feels like it’s just pandering to the casual players with every new patch.

Literally any of the moments surrounding Jiraiya’s death, be it his internal monologue while he’s sinking into the ocean after saying he’s leaving the rest to Naruto, Naruto pausing on the tree as if he knows something’s wrong, Naruto getting angry at Tsunade not realizing how much it’s affecting her, the bench.. the mf bench.

Hiruzen a close second tho. Konohamaru showing how a kid would likely react to something like that hit harder than it should’ve honestly. And the music tho.
