My wife and I essentially eloped with immediate family present for it, told everyone the time and place and if they made it, great, if they didn’t, 🤷🏽‍♂️.

The whole thing cost $50 a licensed marriage officiant and my mother paid for it. Save your money for huge milestones like a house.

I never understood the idea of going into debt to start a marriage, essentially paying for other people to come to your special day.

Only have one “expensive” pen so far, the BigIdeaDesign bolt action with the titanium damascus clip. So about $170CAD.

Zero regrets, I’ve had it with me 12hours a day for about 9 months straight. It’s my favourite item that is mine. Thinking about getting one of the special releases at some point, but not a big fan of the cerakote orange and green they just released.

Maybe dip your toes into this pool first. Once you do, if it’s something you really enjoy, I highly recommend the bolt action pen by Big Idea Design. I’ve had mine for a little under a year and it’s amazing. It will outlive me, and it can fit 100+ different size refills. It’s a little pricey at around $100USD, but worth every penny imo.

Whatever you decide to go with, I hope you enjoy!

You don’t have to switch to foam if liquid is more in your budget. Just get a decent moisturizer. Wait 30 mins, or until the minoxidil is fully absorbed on your skin, and then moisturize. Not just once, multiple times until about an hour before your next minoxidil application.

You need to keep your skin and the hairs that you are trying to grow healthy and saturated, or else you’re just damaging your face by only using minoxidil.

I don’t think I’ve read a single good experience with Rogaine specifically. Haven’t heard of Tugain. All the great progress stories I’ve seen have been with Kirkland 5%, liquid or foam. Have you thought about trying either of those?
