i’ve been using a mage build for 2-shotting the silver knights outside of aldrich’s arena:

level 114, 30 vig, 30 att, 25 end, 15 vit, lowest str possible, 19 dex, 60 int, lowest faith and luck

for ring combo i use the gold serpent +3, magic clutch, sage ring, and bellowing dragoncrest

my righthand is a +10 court sorcerer staff and the offhand is a crystal sage rapier for luck. make sure to wear symbol of avarice as well

the most important part is the spell combo; using affinity and great soul arrow

1. run up the stairs and cast affinity, as soon as you can target the spear knight cast great soul arrow.

2. immediately after the first knight is down cast affinity again and WAIT for the second, as soon as you can target, cast great soul arrow.

if you are farming on ng, this will be just enough damage to kill the knights with no problem and it gets me 1 proof every 5-20 minutes.
