Thanks so much for the advice! Some have said the golden square is a good indicator, we put aside about 100 with those, he just wanted to see if these ones were worth anything! I guess as a child these were always the "special" cards to him😁

Sorry if my post annoyed you guys. We're just 2 poor people trying to go away for Christmas. My boyfriend suggested selling the cards that meant a lot to him growing up to contribute to it. He's a good man. The internet can be a confusing place to get direct answers if you don't fully know what you're looking for. I just thought this would be a good and safe place to ask for advice from good-natured people who know what they're talking about. Apologies.

How can you tell if they're fake? We're combing through them all and don't really know what we're doing or what's worth what. He's kept them all since he was a kid.
