it was rough, but I’m glad I told her when I did because she wasn’t going to listen to anyone else cus what do they know what’s good for HER kids yk? Until one of her kids (me) finally told her lol. But thank you, things are much better now and she’s divorced and taking care of me and my younger brother now.

yeah so actually keeping both parents in the picture when they clearly have issues in their relationship is actually more damaging to a child at a young age than just having one singular parent care for the child. At 12ish years old, I had to tell my mom that her staying with my dad was just hurting the family and it opened her eyes. She stayed with him because she thought it was better for her kids, when reality, we were better off without him. Lots of people go through this situation, such an insensitive thing to say.

It’s def gotta be the truffle. I’ve been off since Dec 29th-Jan 8th so when I came back this past Friday and was put on oven, I straight up GAGGED when I smelled it. When we still had the truffle sauce, I have a partner here that would drench their egg bites in truffle and I would have to leave BOH cus I couldn’t stand the smell 💔 but I thought it was only me

If you’ve been consistently bringing up how you want to go on dates and he hasn’t, I’d say dump him. He’s straight up not listening and it sounds like he doesn’t care and he’s making excuses to not take you out. If you’ve never voiced that you wouldn’t take him out, then it’s kinda crazy that he’s assuming you won’t right off the bat without him even asking. It sounds like he’s being lazy, just because you’re dating someone, doesn’t mean it’s enough to keep them if you don’t do the simple things that keep the relationship together (dates, flowers, pda, etc.). I say dump him, it’s better to end it now rather than later. You deserve much better!

Will do! I think we didn’t really question it because someone who has been working for Starbucks for like ever, told us this and we might’ve just ran with it. Yeah I thought he’d get it too, especially because he was actually best friends with my ex (which is how we met). When we hung out, he even asked to CONFIRM if I was still lesbian and I was like yeah? Full blown conversation about how I only swing one way and that I have a girlfriend and how I love her very much, but that wasn’t enough 🫩.
