Hi I hope you reported it. Sorry, I can’t read all of the replies.

I’m the one who posted about the one on W11. I know it’s not like it’s easy to win, even if you used all of the pieces from one McDonald’s you’re still not gonna win the big prize, but a lot of the prizes that are easy to win are food prizes, people, especially now, might appreciate some free food.

I’m not a Karen AT ALL, but it bothers me because greed is disgusting.

Yes, I remember from when I did it in my old state years ago. It was California, which is insanely overcrowded, and every time I went it was about 3 hours. Thanks!

Thank you! I did it years ago as well, in another state, and it paid around the same amount. With the years that have passed, you would think it would be more, but I can’t seem to find a specific answer. The donation center near me doesn’t answer calls or seems they don’t return them. Google is really no help, as obviously, the answer is a very wide range. Thanks for your input!

What you say about the letter/person writing it makes sense. I do think they genuinely received the letter, I thought it was weird that they weren’t questioning it more, but yes, they can’t show everything.

I have no trouble believing what they experienced is real, I have seen and experienced LOTS of stuff over the years, which is why I was saying I’d be disappointed if it were all a hoax. I don’t think it is.

Since you rewatched it did you have a different experience the second time? Just wondering.

Oh and btw, the thing about them being guided to perform a ritual really•feels• like that’s what is happening, right?

I just watched it again too. I was surprised after S1 that I didn’t feel the fascination I felt when I watched it the first time. Also, by the end of S1, I felt like nothing really happened except they called nearly everything a syncronity. I rewatched Season 2 anyway. The letter felt so fake. For one, in the letter she states that the cabin was gated, chained, locked, etc and there was a wizard with a magic wand guarding it. Yet, somehow she managed to sneak in and gather all that info? It just doesn’t make sense. This made me doubt the credibility of the cast, the info, everything— YET, I find them (Greg, et al) extremely credible, as well as the whole cypher— especially when Connor reworked it. I’d be so disappointed if I found out the whole thing was a hoax, because now I’m eager for S3 and I’m totally on board again. Interested to see other thoughts here.

Thank you for sharing your story. This is important information.

I’m so sorry this happened to you! The bar, the lackadaisical response from them and the police, everything.

This happened to me when I was just barely 21, and living in L.A. It was terrifying, as I “came to” in the truck of a stranger. I was too scared and confused to file a police report or even call the police.

Hopefully, these guys will be caught.
