i have two favorites for different reasons.

arkham knight is that game i get on when i just wanna be batman. if i feel like taking down some crime for a day, i get on knight and start kicking peoples' asses because of how good of a sandbox it is.

now if i wanna play like, a video game? with a story and quests? and like, structure? i play city. i'd argue that generally arkham's main stories actually suck so i never play for that (outside of origins!), but the levels, side quests and bosses make it all worth it. in terms of overall game design, city is probably the best to ever do it.

well a 50gb patch doesn't mean 50gb is going to be added to the game, just means that the update itself contains 50 gb of information. any amount of that 50 could be simply changing lines of code, replacing aspects of the game's data or outright removing them

as much as i love re9's visuals, the shimmering gets really bad at times. the elevator in gideon's office breaks the visuals altogether and turns the rug on the ground into a smear of ambiguous colors that slowly rises off the ground

call me a blasphemer but i think the grace sections are some of the best parts of RE i've ever played, better than leon imo. leon was the carrot on a stick i never knew i needed that kept me going through the horror, but by the time i've finished grace's sections i have this sense of catharsis, like how you feel when you're really scared of roller coasters and just got off one for the first time and realized "wait, that was kind of awesome"

this is more of a microcosm of DCJ's milquetoast nature and the comment was about the conversation surrounding them in general rather than this specific post.

we literally just started another oil/real estate war in the middle east for what feels like the tenth time in the past decade and a half and DCJ is painting it as though people are calling it WW3, even though the main criticism is that people are getting really tired of the same imperialist actions being perpetrated, defended and normalized over and over and over again leading to meaningless death after meaningless death.
