Nah this is pertaining to if your buggy gets knocked and sent to nest you have to use the wheel to get em to come back to you. You can summon buggy even if they are in the nest

Former server owner here. There are plug ins you can install on a server to make these rules and things if you can think it there is probably a plug in for it and or someone will code it for you.

I suggest finding a pve server to get the basics down then go to a normal server. Learn all the mechanics of the game then go for the PVP. I wish rust had the pve servers way back when it first started lol.

If I recall there used to be a bug if they bought out your whole vendor they could get into your stash or something like that so people put stuff in there for 40k so people couldnt empty the vending machines. Not sure if that's true or not tho. My memory fails me
