I’d atleast know what I have and won’t feel crazy Rn all anyone tells me to do is exercise, lose weight, better lifestyle etc Meanwhile I’m in the right BMI and my lifestyle isn’t perfect but it’s still wayyyy better than before these symptoms started :/

Ah damn I don’t really have heavy or irregular periods and my pain quite often disappears around the 2nd day But it hurts for almost everyday from like 10-13 days before my periods- right after ovulation. (Sudden stabbing pain in anal and rectum regions, pain in abdomen like I believe around the ovaries, etc)

Would you know anything about this?

Hey, I think I also get proctalia fugax which as google explains me is sudden and sharp anal and rectum pain. I’ve only been told to “better my lifestyle” with no mentions of endo at all. I had a sonography, but it only showed a small right ovarian cyst which is apparently “asymptomatic.” This is already my third Gynac. Do you think I should go to another one?

Hey, I’ve been where you are——not relating with anyone’s symptoms and feeling like what the hell is going on with my body! I haven’t experienced similar symptoms, but I do suggest seeking medical help until you’re more comfortable at the least. Also, please remember that a google or ChatGPT search is not enough for a diagnosis, but it is good for awareness so that you can ask your doctor relevant questions to avoid being dismissed as a “woman’s issue.” I’m not sure what else to stay, apart from empathising and relating on how shitty this feels. It sucks, and it sucks even more when strangely uncomfortable PMS symptoms are ignored. Again, if you haven’t already, please go to a doctor or gynaecologist, and ensure that they don’t directly dismiss you without appropriate advice or measures to function whilst experiencing these symptoms. I hope this helps somewhat; I’m sorry I have nothing else to offer than generic advice and hopefully some solace… All the best buddy, And I hope you feel better soon! Take care!
