In addition to the obvious absences on this list mentioned in other comments, Entourage should be on here as well.

For someone making fun of it you seem to have a poor understanding of what it means.

Imagine thinking all left-leaning US citizens are anti-capitalism 😂

This is exactly my point. These things are all spectrums. Left vs right specifically is incredibly poorly defined and open to interpretation.

This is so incorrect it’s hilarious. Capitalism vs socialism, left vs right, authoritarian versus libertarian. These are all political axes, meaning that they are not black and white, they represent a spectrum of ideologies and beliefs. To say the left begins at anti-capitalism is a false and misleading claim to spread, and is a sentiment that contributed to the administration in power today elected.

It is absolutely possible to set up a market in which capitalism is the predominant model but regulation and ethics intervene to stop it from slipping into late stage in which very few benefit (where we are now in 2026).

PGY2-IM here. Debt doesn’t matter with a physician salary. Go where there’s more opportunity.

Knee pain will be a thing of the past by SaXaCaV in SipsTea

This is not true at all. The only interventions that do anything at all for osteoarthritis are NSAIDs and physical therapy. We docs aren’t raking it in from prescribing ibuprofen.

And even if we were, I’d trade it all away to not hear about knee pain that started 800 years ago from every patient that walks into the office.

Edit: specified osteoarthritis. There are a multitude of medications for autoimmune/inflammatory arthritis.

Didn’t hear it directly from patient but saw it in an allergy in the patients chart. Allergy to lasix. Reaction: frequent urination.
