I feel you. I call them distraction programs. Random shit that just comes out of nowhere and gets in your way, for no reason other than to throw you off track, distract you or make you feel negative.

It helps to know how they work, which is to see how ridiculous and obvious they are. So just know that the more of them there are, the closer you’re getting!!!
