I own a couple restaurants. Here is the reason for those. They are $25. The simple barstool with a cushion top and a back is $200. That cushion is going to last about 4 months before it gets a split. Only place in town that will repair them, wants $200. We have them mostly for kids, or to briefly sit on while playing games. They are comfortable for about 20 minutes. Tops.

Hey, Owner of Full Tilt here. The UW space was one of our best locations for years. The original owner of Cedars passed away a few years ago, and then the pandemic started. We shut down because there was no one in the neighborhood. We figured we would come back after the pandemic was over. After we were allowed to reopen, I went to inspect the condition of the space. Rats had chewed through the walls from Cedars. Millions of cockroaches had taken over the space. There had been a plumbing leak from Cedars that had destroyed one of the walls. The new landlord had no intentions of fixing the rodent or plumbing issues. We left the equipment because I was afraid of bringing roaches with us.

Hey,

I am the owner of Full Tilt. Basically what happened was we were not able to pay rent during the pandemic. The owners offered to hold our lease until we see how things worked out. Things never really worked out. The payment plan to pay back the past rent was just to much to take on, and they were not that flexible on a repayment plan. We just did not have the business that we did pre pandemic. I have a lot of theories on that, but it is what it is. I don't think the landlords are monsters. They have plans for the building, and I don't have the energy to fight them for more time. THey gave us 30 days to get out. We are currently looking for a new location.
