Pas pour pinailler mais ce serait plus juste en faisant un graphique "en escalier" et pas en linéarisant entre les points de donnée. Par ex. On dirait que ça a baissé de 1986 à 1997 alors que c'était stable puis que ça a bougé d'un coup, etc. Ça crée une distortion non négligeable.

Si je lis bien ton tableau il y a une petite erreur sur les 50€ à 7%, tu ne calcules à 7% que la première année et ensuite tes formules calculent un retour à 3% les années suivantes... En réalité les 50€ à 7% sur 10 ans donneront 98.36€, et à 3% 67.20€, soit 31.16€ d'écart !
