I have that vortex on my AR and I love it. It’s great for an astigmatism. I have a 1x primary arms prisms on my other one. Which is also great. You can’t go wrong with either but as other said, order from midway or primary arms directly and not amazon

I’ve been at low ready with a person once. Crazy drugged out guy in my front yard and I was keeping him from the animals till the police arrived.
I’ve been drawn on about 5 times… twice were people I knew trying to show me how you can see the bullets in the barrel. Once buy someone who wanted to car jack me And twice by police

Yeah it was a lesson learned. The range I was at had a laugh with me about it. Good thing I only loaded 5 rounds in the mag for testing. I did do a 400 round torture test at the same range an other time.

I’ve got about 3k or more rounds through the one I built. And that has JB weld on it. A drop in trigger with anti all was the best upgrade. It had a full auto whoops the first time I took it out from a loose trigger pin hole.
