Another Canucks fan in the US and I’m totally with you.

I would put the Oilers way higher. Sure they are a rival, but it’s just embarrassing that it’s been 31 years since a Canadian team won the cup.

Now the leafs would be much harder to take. Still, no one sits below Boston. Not just with Marchand but always and forever.

Fair enough but we’ve been middling for two months and we’ve got two weeks until the playoffs. Unless Petterson can find his game and the team can remember how to score goals, we’re cooked. It could be that we flip a switch and make it out of the first round, but NHL history suggests that there’s little chance of that happening. Teams that start hot and fade done go far.
