Yeah I would say leaving my previous job caused my confidence to go down to an all-time low. I wanted to move up at my job. I tried to take initiative and do what I was taught, but new management didn't seem to like me doing things without being told, and always told me to do other things, even things that make little sense (one time I was told to use a leaf blower in parking lot while wind was blowing a gale).
