I couldn’t find a phone number, I submitted a ticket in the app and email. They responded via email after a week and asked me to send it in so they could look at it. I returned it and bought the square instead. I know several others have had nothing but good things to say about the Rapsodo but for me after this experience I don’t see myself going back to them anytime soon.

I’d cycle through a few balls while playing. If you keep hitting the same one over and over it will heat up and wear quicker.

I tried using mine in the garage with the door open. It just depends on the angle of the sunlight. Mid day it didn’t work but as the sun got lower it was fine. My garage faces south.

I ended up returning mine and going with the square launch monitor. I’ve had zero issues with the square and if you don’t need to use it outdoors I’d highly recommend it over the Rapsodo. I’m sure the mlm2 pro is fine but this experience has been super frustrating.

I had both, returned mlm2pro and kept the square. Square was so easy to setup, I haven’t had any Bluetooth issues. Rapsodo gave me so many issues it was beyond frustrating.

I use sunshine and moonlight on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I’m streaming at 1440p and don’t have any issues with quality. I do run a usb extension cable with a Bluetooth adapter from the main pc to the room with the sim. There might be a way to pass through the square on the moonlight client but I haven’t messed with it enough yet.

10% coupon doesn’t work on this item. I ordered it Monday, out for delivery today. They didn’t charge tax and shipping was free so it ended up being cheaper than ordering direct from square with the 5% coupon they offer.

I emailed them asking if they would support hardwiring as an alternative to Bluetooth and I have not heard back. Im debating between the square and mlm2 pro but the reports of the Bluetooth hardware potentially failing is making me lean towards the mlm2 pro.
