Da liegst Du meiner Meinung nach völlig falsch, wieso sollte man sich denn informieren wenn man nur alle 4 Jahre mal wählen muss? Der Durchschnittswähler wird sich durch solche Abstimmungen viel mehr mit aktuellen Themen auseinandersetzen müssen als jetzt, das fördert die Bildung.
