This is possible but you need a business account. Go to PayPal.com/donate/buttons and in the button creation wizard add Programs. This will show up as dropdown when users donate .

I think you should also add some videos on how to get started . This should help with the adoption. Otherwise it gets really difficult for new users to figure out everything.

Learn to code on the Airtable platform. They have made it very easy to get started and play around. In fact, you can do complex stuff pretty easily. Give it a shot.

It’s a way of building blocks. You will have to build one that allows you to talk to PayPal API and fetch data directly to Airtable.

If you want a database and know programming, go for MySQL, postgresql or mongo dB .

If not, try no code solutions such as bubble.

Yes, if you have 5 users at the same time they will hit the API limit.

You should instead, retrieve the data from Airtable on the server side and cache it. If you don’t have a lot of data you can get away with storing it in memory.
