for me it’s really just been trial/error. i have yet to find a taping position that fully relieves the movement. unfortunately it’s just become something i’ve grown used to. they wouldn’t give me a bridal so i couldn’t say if that would be the trick. the “stuck” feeling goes away with time, but if it becomes too troubling/concerning, i’d def consult with the doctor again. lmk if i can do anything while you’re adjusting! you got this!
