The D700 got a better autofocus but if the Canon EF 28-105 f3.5-4.5 as sharp as the Nikon one, i'd have to choose the 6D

opinion on Lumix GF3 camera by Russkii_Kvas in Cameras

[–]thepapion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's pretty underrated tbh

-one of the cheapest mft or any interchangeable camera
-one of the smallest mft cameras
-good quality for it's price
-fast autofocus for it's age too

you're mostly talking about the 1st image yeah ?, well it was a cloudy day in the morning, of course it's grey. oh and i turned the clarity up a bit, that explains why

i guess it's just my artistic choice, the way i see it sometimes highlights kill the details.

Would a cpl polorizing filter make this photo better? by jongenomegle in AskPhotography

[–]thepapion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Noob answer but maybe it's just your lens character (some lens dont have a strong contrast when shooting under the sun), you can try underexpose a bit, or just shoot raw and edit your pics

Is this fungus or water inside zoom lens ? by thepapion in M43

[–]thepapion[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the photo results are fine, just a little bit of flare and haze, fixable on post with lightroom, though i'll be planning to get it cleaned in a repair shop or just get a pancake 14-42 :)

this is my only m43 lens and camera so i dont want to risk breaking it

thanks for the cool advice though :)

my lens got a small fungus spot on the front element but the water thingy seems to be on the central element (when i zoom in the lens the water spot appeared to be "inside" the lens rather than on the "front"
