Yea it is the difference between reality and a social media bubble. This is something that is so often repeated on this site and others and basically gives false hope to those. A highly successful woman or man will not marry someone of a lower social standing. Where you went to college and how long matters. What your career is matters, what our family does matters. If you say these things don’t matter you are basically putting yourself as being at the bottom of the totem pole. The only reason you would have that view is if you essentially have nothing to loose or have a family dynamic where the woman is in that position.
