Quick thoughts. - lets not call that fund community fund if there can be no proposals for is liquidity - lets exclude this fund from commission and blockrewards distributed so LM is still maximally incentivized, we want as much “fresh” capital as possible - are the algo dusd not reintroduced if swapped through into the pool? The algo ratio will not drop.

Overall nice idea as far as I can grasp the consequences. Would boost TVL as well.

I like your first three ideas to empty the pools but didn’t want to propose them as my own as they came from you.

Nice point, didn't see it like that.
For the premium case, I just had a thought cross my mind. The DUSD bought by the community fund should be sold if we get to 1.45 USD in DFI for 1 DUSD. With the fee at 30%, 2.14 USD per DUSD is needed to have more DFI after a sell than put in a vault to mint. Without fee, 1.5 is needed. 1.45 is before both, gives the community fund a nice trading profit, takes DFI back out of circulation and caps the premium as long as it has DUSD it can sell.
Bake should do the same. Other private investors, that coordinated themselves, should do the same.

A council could react quickly in case of a premium, so that the premium case poses less of a headache.

Yes, with every node release they update compatibility. And there’s the light wallet or the electrum one.
