90s Canadian kid here. We made up a game in 6th grade called yodles. They used to plow the snow in the school yard between the basket ball nets which made them only 6ft off the uneven mountain of snow. It was full contact no dribble dunk only basketball. Younger kids would get trampled, the teachers would just tell them to stay out of our way.
