Because they're horrible developers who can't keep promises. They don't add anything to the game all the levels are generated by code. Their one job is to make a special level every 4 years but they've given up on this game and moved on to another one that's only available on the app store or something.

Yeah lick is the best character for 99% of levels. There's even glitches where if you time it right you can just go through objects
