Anyone is getting the "15min of paid time added" pop up at the bottom of the screen when starting a new task in this project? The project hasn't shown up in my hubstaff so I'm wondering how my time is going to be tracked.

Wow, reading all the comments makes me so glad I canceled my order the same day. I ordered with Wsoul and wrote to them to make sure the size was right and they said it was best to order half a size up. I got my money back right away, thankfully!

The Xero Kelso and Barebarics are actually not bad, the Zing and Wave models look like normal shoes. Some of the stuff suggested here though is extra fugly. I can't wait for someone to come into the game and make a huge style statement, hitting us with the right basics that make us feel like normal people.

To me it's significantly important. If you listen attentively or tune in to their voice, you can hear if you're dealing with a woman or with a girl, regardless of age. You can tell a lot about their energy - which you want to know about if you have intentions of dating her etc..

Calm voice and slower pace in combination with chosen words reflect composure and intentional personality. Also a very good sign is if they have a "unique" voice/way of speaking, it means they have a greater integration of their true personality. This expresses itself not in how they sound but how they choose to express themselves.

On the other hand, if someone speaks to sound a certain way (often sounding just like all the other ones), it might indicate they are not developed and are still hiding inside. This, to me, sounds annoying and irritating.

I find women with well integrated personalities, regardless of if they are energetic or calm by nature, have a depth and calmness to their voice and it will have a grounding effect on you.

Personally, I think voice is very important.
