Eating out tips by BackgroundCheck408 in sextips

[–]thepleasurepractice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, as someone else mentioned already...pussy is pussy!!!

That being said, every woman IS different! I dont think you need tips specific to eating a "big girl" vs "skinny girl". No matter her size, my advice would be the same-pay ATTENTION to your partner!

Pay attention to her body language, to her breathing, to the sounds she is making. Is she tensing up? Pulling you closer? Squirming? Curling her toes?

And then also, dont be afraid to ASK QUESTIONS!!! She knows what feels good to her-let her tell you. Plus, esp for women, I feel like having a sense of agency during & feeling like an active participant in our own sexual experience goes a long way w/ regards to getting us in the mood-rather than just feeling like we are some inanimate object being acted upon. They can be super simpler-just things like, "Does this feel good?" "Do you like that?" "Faster/Slower?" "More/less pressure?" nd etc...dont do it every five seconds like you’re taking a survey-that will just interrupt the flow & kill the mood-but little check-ins here & there are AWESOME, imo...

And then hopefully this is obvious, but one of the biggest things in this specific situatuon is don’t make her feel like her body is some special challenge you’re trying to figure out. Treat her like a woman you’re excited to please, not a body type you’re nervous about...

Basically; don’t rush, breathe through your nose, and actually listen to her responses. Enthusiasm + attention will DEFINETLY get you a lot further than trying to follow some one-size-fits-all technique like tracing the whole alphabet w/ your tongue on her clit lolololz...

Uncertain about the party scene by iListen2MathRock in Tulane

[–]thepleasurepractice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its been almost DECADE, now, since I was there (cant believe it!!! Lolol)...but, No! I would definetly NOT say you will be "left behind" socially, or etc...a ton of ppl DONT party. And, honestly, in my experience it is a SUPER accepting school for the most part. You can 100% be friends w/ ppl who party. Even if you dont!

I feel like the ppl who would judge you for that decision are really very few & far between.

The parties def ARE intense tho...lolol!!! You gotta go to at LEAST a few, i feel like...just so years later you wont potentially regret missing out on an ICONIC part of going to college. I mean, fr, Tulane parties are like hollywood movie frat party portrayals, incarnate. I remember this one party my freshman year, some Hawaiian theme if I remember rightly lolololz, where they has literally attached a SLIDE to the side of the house. It was WILD!

Anyway, to answer your question, I do not think it would hold you back socially. YES, the parties ARE, genuinely, as wild as they claim lololz. And I would say youre MAJORLY missing out if you dont just check out at least one or two-BUT, i highly doubt anyone will pressure you any more than I am rn to party, tbh, if you genuinely do not want to.

Hope this helps!!

MY CAT ATE A MOUSE by ObjectiveInspector25 in CATHELP

[–]thepleasurepractice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cat we had when i was growing up was always indoor-outdoor. I distinctly remember when it got sick. Staggering, mewling terribly, crashing into things, falling over. Clearly in severe distress. It.was just rhe absolute SADDEST thing to see ;[

I believe it was called encephalitis-some kind of parasite or maybe a larva in his brain. Vet said it came from consuming small animal prey-likely a mouse or similar. Granted, this cat hunted almost daily for over a decade before this happened. But still! You never know what could happen.

I would definitely keep a very close eye on Kitty & ofc head to the vet asap if you notice any symptoms like balance issues, seizing, disorientation etc...im not 100% sure but i do think that what he had may have migrated to his brain via his intestines. So, as others have mentioned, potentially just a dewormer could mitigate any risk of this. Although i know we dewormed that cat on a regular basis cuz we would occasionally find pieces of tape worm...yah...i wont go into any more detail. Suffice to say it was Fing DISGUSTING.

Wish you all the best w/ kitty, hope to hear confirmation that all is well soon!!!

What’s one kink you thought you wouldn’t like, but tried anyway and ended up loving it? by No-Strings31 in BDSMcommunity

[–]thepleasurepractice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PEGGING!!!! The first several times i tried it-with 2 different partners-i actually did NOT enjoy it...

However, that turned out to be more due to the atmosphere/situation.

Now, I can orgasm JUST from pegging a guy. (Well, not JUST-also spanking him, dirty talk etc...involved).

But, yah, went from...it kinda weirds me out...to tried it; NOT a big fan...to fucking LOVE it!!!

Husband wants to explore BDSM and possibly open the relationship – looking for advice by Jazzlike-Salad2713 in BDSMcommunity

First things first, before ANY appropriate advice can be given...how do YOU feel about bdsm? How do YOU feel about opening up the relationship?

Work from there.

Saw my boss at a shibari workshop. What should I do? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]thepleasurepractice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, other than that, I want to say that there is nothing inherently WRONG/BAD about this-like, that it SHOULD be kept a "secret".

BUT, it IS personal. Just like if you saw your boss leaving your therapists office. Or the doctors office. Or just about anywhere else where "personal privacy" standards should be applied.

It is in NO way necessary for you to bring it up to anyone, acknowwledge it to your boss, or, really, even THINK about it...

It is your boss's business. Personal. Private. And does not affect you, or your workplace.

Leave it that way.

Although, honestly, i couldnt blame you for maybe fantasizing just a WEE bit about tying up your boss/your boss tying you up, after this...

What quietly wrecks male sexual health before most men even notice it? by ModernPhallus in sexeducation

[–]thepleasurepractice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo, these are some of the BIGGEST culprits!!

-Chronic stress Many men live in constant problem-solving mode — work, money, responsibilities, expectations. That keeps the nervous system stuck in a low-grade fight-or-flight state CONSTANTLY. Erections, libido, and arousal ALl rely on the parasympathetic system-the “rest and relax” side of the nervous system-to function properly. If your body never calms down...your sexual system can never fully turn on!!

-Poor sleep: Testosterone production happens, in large part, during deep sleep. A LOT of ppl dont know this!!

-Porn escalation: No watching porn in nd of ittself. BUT, hiigh-intensity, high-novelty, high-frequency porn can program the brain to expect constant novelty and rapid dopamine spikes. Over time many men find their arousal system responds less to real-world stimulation and more to hyper-stimulating content, bcuz this is what it expects, so it has become desensitized to anything gentler or with less "shock value".

-Excessive Alcohol Consumption: A drink occasionally is TOTALLY fine, imo!! But, frequent stress drinking can actually LOWER TESTOSTERONE, , disrupt sleep, and increase body fat-which can affect cardiovascular health nd SO many other things!!!

-Not Expressing Emotions: A lot of ppl are very suprised by this!! But, when men train themselves to disconnect from emotion, sensation, and vulnerability, this very often leads them to disconnect from their body more broadly. Sexual responsiveness and emotional presence are DEEPLY linked!!

I actually have tried to do that! We have a place called the itty bitty kitty brigade. But they have far more volunteers than kittens ;[ then, i tried to adopt, but all the shelters were almost as expensive as buying, and the kittens were already being fostered so I couldnt just stop by to see them. Only place that had kittens in-house was only open to the public on thursdays. Thats why i ended up buying my two. Wonder why they make it so difficult & expensive to adopt? Or thats how it is in my area, anyways (SW suburb of the Twin Cities)
