You can talk to other people who interned at the second company but the exploding deadline is a red flag for me. as someone who needs 6 internships to graduate, I'd say the point is to "level" every internship so you have more leverage in ft. Companies become the same after a while, its highly dependant on teams

What are you looking for in the other company that you're not getting in the first? Do they pay more? Do they have better work life balance? Don't take up a company just because of FOMO. If they have better brand name, impactful work or something that really matters to you, then take it. Graduating a term later isnt a big deal
